Project Scope

Proctor & Gamble Co. in Lima, OH and general contractor, Fluor Corp based in Irving, TX subcontracted with Lima-based Tuttle Construction for the concrete and steel components of the massive $65 million plant expansion of the laundry detergent manufacturing facility. 

Tuttle Construction erected the steel for the new three-story 80,000 square-foot manufacturing plant addition and installed all concrete building foundations, eleveated slabs and slab-on-grade of the facility. Tuttle was also responsible for underground plumbing, building grounding and miscellaneous concrete structures within the building footprint.
