New Addition/Renovations

Project Scope

Tuttle Construction provided general contractor services to the Lima Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) new addition and renovation of their facility located at 2285 N. Cole Street in Lima, Ohio. The existing structure had 1,900 SF along with a new 7,100 SF addition including a 4,800 SF basement. Key features of the new and improved facility include: conference rooms, dedicated classroom area and a laboratory setting for hands-on apprentice training. 

Project Accomplishments

This project was a very successful project and especially important as the facilities will provide a top-notch training environment for future skilled trades workers who are instrumental to the construction industry.  Project manager, Tom Thomas orchestrated the project and it ran smoothly from start to finish with all team members showcasing an exemplary working relationship.  An excellent team effort, keeping very active throughout the project's development, was made by all stakeholders involved.
